Image Information problems with tags, ratings etc.

This is my very first post, so please bear with me if my technical phrases are not up to scratch.

I am getting on OK with PSP X2 but for one thing and that is the tags, ratings and captions in the Image Information via the Organiser will not stay where I put them.

I have tried everything but with the captions and ratings they simply disappear when I reopen the files in the Organiser and the tags have a mind of their own!!! - they either change to something different or also disappear.

Is this a glitch that is to be ironed out yet?
Do other people have this problem?

Your help (anyone!!) would be most appreciated, thank you.

John S
