Need Help with Paint Shop Pro (9)

i dont even know if you CAN do this, but...

in photoshop, i know that you can like outline objects and stuff. in paint shop pro, i have this Dunkin Donuts logo and i want to outline the letters in white. how can i go about doing this? remember now, the logo is just a picture and not a text thing that i can click on and edit the lettering.

This is a picture so you can see what i am trying to do. look at the dunkin donuts on the back of the car. and on the back side of the car. i put a white oval behind it on the side because thats the best i can think of.

Make a new document slightly bigger than what you want to add outline to. Flood fill the background so it is white (or whatever colour you want the outline to be). Copy the image you want to outline, and in your new document press CTRL + E, (you should now have a dashed border around the image). Now, on your toolbar, go to Selections >> Modify >> Expand. Choose the pixel width you'd like for your border (I normally go for 2). Now copy the image, and CTRL + V.
