ImageReady (Photoshop) Question...

Hey All,

In a tutorial on this site someone said that it is possible to open a video in ImageReady.
When open you should could select a part of that video to use in your animated sig...

Only problem is...I can't open a video...
Is this because I have Photoshop 7 or do I need to download something to open a video...

Thanks for your answers....

Grtzzz SpitFire*
