MVC Framework Templates

I will try to explain it as much as I can, hopefully it's gonna be enough:

I would like to create simple templates for my newly started MVC framework (I am at the learning stage). At the moment, I have base controller, model and router + few controllers, connected to model and view.

Controller is created via router, then the appropriate view is selected and displayed. To load appropriate modules and controllers files I use autoloader. I would like to know how to create a template that I will be able to include various modules in (kind of like joomla does). Displaying them is fairly simple, as I can just parse the template, find concrete tag and replace it with certain view, but how will this template be able to interact with the user, since no controller and model are loaded when attaching view directly to another view(template) (in this case only the loader of the main component is loaded inside the router).

What solution would You suggest?? If You need some code or anything just ask, because I have no idea what would You need.

Waiting for answers, hopefully You will manage to understand and solve my concern.

Kind Regards
Daniel
