Abstract creator

Hello, for ages ago i remember myself using a program that prettymuch automaticly made an abstract texture. The problem is that i dont remember the name of the program and i wonder if someone know wich program im speaking of. I used the tool to create images like this one:

img183(dot)imageshack(dot)us/my(dot)php?image=lmasig1ec3(dot)jpg

you first use the tool to make the abstract thing, in this case the blue "spirals" then you pasted it into photoshop and added a backround and anything else.

(Sorry if im not allowed to post links but i dont know how else to explain)
