Does anyone know what program people use to make the layouts and different effects on myspace?

I always thought myspace layouts were just done with css and html. Though i havent ever used myspace i think the layouts can be done with notepad or dreamweaver.

Yeah, Curtis is right, You can use all kinds of HTML and CSS effects to create a good MySpace page.

Although, to get a good idea of how it's done, just Google 'MySpace DIV Overlay' and you'll get a few tutorials, a few free overlays etc.
This'll help you see how it's coded.

Edit;
Forgot to add, anything you make, such as a DIV overlay, must not cover the Ads that MySpace use to make their money, otherwise your account is in danger of being closed.
