wtf! itunes is screwing up

i was trying to install the new version of itunes today, i got an error, because there was something wrong with my current itunes, v5, so i tried uninstalling it and i was unable to find the damn thing on the add or remove programs, so i tried a manual uninstall after searching online for an uninstaller program, so i did that. same error message still, this is the only place i could think of where i could ask for help, so if anyone can, that would be great.

Umm... Try going under my computer -> all programs -> apple(?) -> iTunes and deleting the files yourself.

Then retry install. If that still doesnt work you might need to edit the registry and delete iTunes from there.

Maybe a registry clean-up? If it's not in Add/Remove Programs and it's not available for manual deletion that could be the problem.

Should have got a Creative Zen Vision!

No itunes necessary. Just drag and drop. And plays DivX standard
