How to do a movie dubbing!!

Hi, I'm new at this forum, I'd like to do a dubbing of a movie, a secuence of about 3 minutes.I'd like to put this into my website. Now the problem is as follows:

which project set up should I choose, because there are a lot of options and I don't know which to choose, on the other hand, once the movie is done, which export options shoul I choose, always bearing in mind the best quality possible.

other problem is how to record with my voice and a microphone, I'm using premiere 6.5.My idea was to record the and edit the sound with Nuendo 3.What's your opinion???
