Repeating Meta Keywords and using keywords unrelated to the site’s content or sole the purpose of boosting the page’s rankings in search engines. This includes hiding keywords on the page by making the text the same color as the background, hiding keywords in comment tags, overfilling Alt Tags with long strings of keywords, etc. Keyword stuffing is considered a shady way to game search engines, and as such is discouraged.

Keyword Stuffing

HI, Keyword stuffing also is referred to as keyword loading and spamdexing. A SEO technique in which overload keywords onto a Web page so that search engines will read the page as being relevant in a Web search. Search engines often penalize a site if the engine discovers keyword stuffing. There are several methods of keyword stuffing. One way is to insert repeating keywords within the input type="hidden" field meta tag or the keyword tag so that the keywords are not seen by the user but are scanned by the search engine. Another way is to make text in the body of the Web page invisible text, or hidden text, by making the text the same color as the page's background.

We all know that SEO has two Techniques, Black Hat Technique and White Hat Technique.
White Hat Technique is good for your website listing while in contrast Black Hat Technique is bad for your website. Google watching each and every activities you do for your website. So in last Google Update, Google strictly not allowed Black Hat Technique.
Keyword Stuffing means, to do repeatation of the keywords in your content, to add invisible text on your web page, by adding non matching keywords to your website, etc...

Keyword stuffing is the practice of inserting a large number of keywords into Web content and meta tags in the attempt to artificially increase a page's ranking in search results and drive more traffic to the site.
