An all pass or fail column

I have a table with a lot of columns, the main column is "LOT" and many of the other columns are specifications of the individual lot. Then there is a "pass/fail" column where each lot could pass or fail on specific parameters. What I would like to get is an "all pass/fail" column;

Example;

LOT --- PARM --- VALUE --- PASS/FAIL --- ALL PASS/FAIL
111 --- Thick --- 2 --- PASS --- PASS
111 --- Surf --- 1 --- PASS --- PASS
222 --- Thick --- 10 --- FAIL --- FAIL
222 --- Surf --- 1 --- PASS --- FAIL

There are tons of parms for each lot, so I don't want to write a (case when then end) for each parm. Is there any simple way to look at each lot and check the PASS/FAIL column and if any value is FAIL then the whole lot is FAIL?
