Database Searching Assistance

I don't use any Database software personally nor do I write code, but I seem to remember an old IT manager using SQL to conduct a search requirement for the line of business I'm in.
Our team daily receive quotes on product that we price, and we process orders using SAP at a centralised office but it's too complicated to try and implement something with the team and the centralised team.
We have numerous spreadsheets with part codes on, and prices on.
We have various sales people needing to access previous sales history and previous purchase history. Plus current quotes/historical quotes.
Is there any way of centralising this using Macros within 1 Excelsheet to look up information on numerous other spreadsheets if these were stored in one location.
Or is there a way of using a web based system to be able to enter multiple part codes at once and the results be found from various spreadsheets in one place?
Perhaps with the headings as below. The key is being able to search with multiple part codes at one time rather than one at a time as we invariably get 100+ part codes to search under.

Part code Previous Sales price Previous Purchase Price Currently quoted price
Your help is appreciated.
