"fromdate" & "todate" variable parameter help

“From date” and “to date” variable parameter.

I have the following code :
select
trunc(dstamp,'DDD') "DATE",
count(case when code like 'Putaway' then tag_id else null end) "COUNT Putaway",
count(case when code like 'Putaway' and reason_id like 'SPW_OV' then tag_id else null end) "Over Ride",
round((case when
(count(case when code like 'Putaway' and reason_id like 'SPW_OV' then tag_id else null end))=0 then 0
else
count(case when code like 'Putaway' and reason_id like 'SPW_OV' then tag_id else null end)/
count(case when code like 'Putaway' then tag_id else null end)end),2)*100 "%AGE OVER_RIDE"
from
inventory_transaction
where
client_id not like 'HMRC'
and
(trunc(dstamp, 'DDD') >= '05-JAN-2015'
and
trunc(dstamp, 'DDD') <= '06-JAN-2015')

group by trunc(dstamp, 'DDD')
order by trunc(dstamp, 'DDD')

which when run produces the table as expected:

This is due to the fixed date entry as above in BOLD.
However I wish to be able to run the report entering a different “fromdate” and “todate “ each time.

Any help to amend the above code to produce this would be a great help.
