Query for Checkboxes

I have a database of Recipes. I want to do a query that would, for instance, bring up Chicken in the Recipe Name and also query a checkbox that would have Mexican or Italian etc. I have about 15 checkboxes of different nationalities. I have this :

SELECT *
FROM "Recipe Database"
WHERE "Recipe Name" Like *% || :What_Ingredient || *%
AND ???

??? is the part I can't figure out to bring up a checked box. First part works fine.

Frank (Using LibreOffice Base)
