SQL Query in Oracle

I have a below table

Table1

ID | Dept.
1 | HR
1 | HR
2 | HR
3 | Fin
4 | Fin
4 | Admin
5 | Admin

I want to get all those records wherever COUNT of Dept is 1.
My Output should be

ID | Dept.

2 | HR
3 | Fin
4 | Fin
4 | Admin
5 | Admin
