Database on web site

How do I put Databasse on to a web site using front page, so that hth database can be sold and downloaded by the buyer, I would use pay pal for the paying, but it is the getting onto a web page and making download friendly is my problem

So you just want people to be able to download the whole database file? Not particular things that are in the database right?

well I would go with MySQL but thats just my opinion but if your talking about allowing users to download like a MS Access database then thats different, you could use paypals ipn to tell you when a user has paid and then send them confirmation through email on how to get the file.
e.g. you could create a login, where only AUTHORISED members can download it
