Challenges creating Multiple instance of VB6 Application

Hi,

I am not sure if it is a better way but i want to allow user to create multiple instances of VB6 Application. What challenges apart from database concurrency can i face.
I Read/Write Registries, Read MDB files, Log Entries to single files etc. Please guide what other concurrency factors i need to take care.
