I need help with using visual basics

i need to make a program that is an 'autoclicker' but i need to put in a time randamazer so that each click is seperated for instance by a time frame of 1 sec to 10 seconds, also i have never made a program with visual basics and need help from start to finish... i downloaded visual basics but i dont even know how to run it... ty for you help, any help would be great
