C++ problem

First of all, sorry if this is on the wrong forum.

Second, I am a complete noob at C++.

I am using Visual C++ 2005 Edition. I have made my first program... Very simple... But I'm wondering how to compile, build and then run my program. I looked through the help and it wasn't helping much...

Thanks.
