I need a social networking site

Does anyone know if there is a nice opensource one that is similar to a myspace? Or does any have a self developed one and would like to partner with us?

buiBase plans to be a cross between geocities or homestead and myspace. We want every member to have a free website(whether for business or personal) while networking with others. Look at http://home.buibase.com we have the CMS portion but need to bring in the networking portion.

Anyone interested or have information that can help us? Thanks, Dan

Are you willing to pay for help? Im not offering myself but im sure people here would do it for money.

Anywho... You might wanna check hotscripts for a networking thingy. Plenty of people have made them since myspace/xanga got popular.

Also a comment on the website you posted, yall use a scrollbar on the page "read more" and its quite annoying because in resolutions 1024x768 and lower you have to use the main browser scroll and the extra one you added in just to see the page. You might wanna rework that.

Thanks guys for the input. Our plan is to offer partnerships to programmers.

Chippo, I do not mind paying for the software but I would need someone to modify it to fit our business model. We want to share the member's table with buiBase. Is that something you or anyone out there would consider doing to join our team at owner level?
