Need some help

Im sorry for having my first post asking for help, but I really need some.
I am designing my website, and Im trying to set up a navigation system. The problem is I don't know what its called. You can see an example of what Im looking for at http://www.agilous.com/.
When you move over video/games, it drops down into sub-catagories.
So if anyone could tell me what type of navigation this is, that would be great.

I have one more question. When I searched google there are tons of results, but they're all different coding. Javascipt, Flash, HTML, CSS and so on.
What would be the best to use to have a result like the website example I posted?

The website you posted uses javascript. Javascript probally produces the cleanest results. Flash would require you to have the flash authoring program which is kinda expensive.
