ok im gonna try to break this down for ya.

Main Page (index.html "has the iframe")
Sub-Index (Content.html)

when you have your iframe in index.html you make it as big as you would like it to fit your template. here is a basic iframe code,

<TD WIDTH="541" HEIGHT="343" BACKGROUND="images/programtemplate_22.gif" VALIGN="bottom">

  <iframe src="index2.html" name="content" frameborder="0" height="343" width="541" ></iframe>       </TD>

When you have the iframe on your index page and set to a size of your choice the iframe will scroll if the content is bigger than the iframe its self. you add the coding to the Content.html file such as the

Hello You!

And it will showup in the center of the iframe, all the coding you want to showup in the iframe (and make it sizeable) you want to put in the content.html sheet, not the index.html sheet.

i dont think you can actually automaticly adjust the iframe on the index.html page, so this is your best bet, the iframe you can make transparent, borderless, add background to the content.html page and it will look like you dont even have a iframe on the index.html file, and it will still even be fully scrollable, this is the only option i know of using iframes. if you have any more questions just message me in the forums or email me and ill be glad to help with what i can. Thanks.
