XML Visual Basic Programming Help?

I am programming a program that quizzes children on certain topics. There will be multiple xml files that the program can read. The xml files contain the questions and answers for all of the questions. (different file for algebra, geometry, etc.) I can't figure out how to have the program read any of the data in the file. Can someone help me out with some code? i make websites as well.i can make Joomla Templates , Website Templates , CSS Templates .I got these expertise in 5 years.
