Hello I am fairly new to SEO and about to start work on

I believe that we should be able to achieve a top 2 page ranking in google if we anchor the right keywords and optimized our keywords properly.

I have started to use File Zilla and am using it to update the site online. However if I was to make a mistake or worse crash the site would I be able to retrieve the data that is on the backend of the site or would it be lost forever?

Any advise would be very much appreciated
